ECE mourns the loss of a colleague, mentor and friend
The school of electrical and computer engineering (ECE) mourns the loss of ECE Emeritus Regents Professor Daniel Grischkowsky, who passed away on June 26, 2022 after suffering an injury a couple of weeks ago. Dan was internationally known for his pioneering research in terahertz science and engineering. He was a trusted colleague, mentor, and friend who challenged all of us to “search for truth and beauty.” He will be missed.
