Erin Shipp


Erin has been at Kimray since 2018, where she currently serves as the Vice President of Supply Chain.  She leads a team of over 150 team members in procurement, planning, scheduling and warehouse operations.  She has been instrumental in reducing excess inventory, cultivating solid vendor relations, driving strategic supplier diversification and cost control.  Erin is dedicated to establishing best practices throughout the organization by identifying areas for continuous improvement and partnering with other departments to drive change. 

 

Prior to Kimray, Erin served as the Site Leader for the first Amazon building in Oklahoma.  OKC5 was recognized as the best launched building in 2017 across the Amazon Transportation network.  She also spent 13 years at Cameron, a Schlumberger Company where she progressed from a Management Trainee to Lead Six Sigma Black Belt and finally running her own plant as one of two female Plant Managers in the company. 

 

Erin graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management from Oklahoma State University (2005) and will graduate in the fall of 2023 from Harding University with a Master of Arts Degree in Organizational Leadership. 

Erin is dedicated to the development of her diverse team, mentoring interns and junior leaders in the company as well as giving back to the community.  She and her husband, Mike own a local game store in Edmond which encourages game play to increase face to face communication and interactions.  She has one daughter and three step-children.
