Farhan Khan
Farhan Khan is a Sr. Director. Supply Chain Strategy at Walmart. He leads supplier integration strategy and network transformation for Walmart omni-channel fulfillment. He has previously worked at Ahold Delhaize, a global grocery company as Sr. Director, Supply Chain Data Science Strategy focused on technology and data science for supply chain planning. Prior to that, he was with Amazon for 7 years as Head of Retail Supply Chain Strategy primarily focused on Inventory planning, network design, development of data science products, expanding last mile network and designing oversized-package delivery operations. Other experiences include supply chain strategy, planning and product development for Nestle USA, RF Micro Devices and JB Hunt Transportation.
He obtained his M.S. degree in Industrial Engineering (operations research) from Texas A&M university and a B.S. degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Oklahoma State University, in 1999.
He is settled in Seattle, WA with his wife (an Aggie from Texas A&M) and two children. Together they enjoy travelling the world when they can, enjoy playing squash, remain active in the community and aspire to remain avid learners of all things new and interesting in life!
