• How do I connect to the Architecture File Share Server

  Note: Only Architecture faculty and students enrolled in at least one course with an ARCH prefix (current semester) have access to this file share. The Architecture file share is only accessible from computers on campus.

  • Click on Start
  • Right click on "Computer" and select “Map Network Drive...”
  • Folder: (Type in:)
    \\ceat-fs.ceat.okstate.edu\Stu\CEATSTUDENTS
  • Check “Reconnect at Logon”
  • Check “Connect using different credentials”
    User name:
    osu\username OR firstname.lastname@okstate.edu (same as OKEY email address)
    Password: Your O-Key password

  Note: Saving audio and video files to the server is restricted.

• How do I submit a help ticket?

  CEAT Faculty, Staff, and Students can create a ticket by logging in with their O-Key account at https://ceathelp.okstate.edu
