Home to OSU's Unmanned Systems Research Institute, EXCELSIOR provides a higher level of educational opportunities to students studying unmanned systems.
Bert Cooper
The Bert Cooper lab is home to developing the next generation of structural materials and sensor technology. The 33,000-square-foot facility has the capacity to test full-size bridges and multi-story buildings thanks to thick strong floors and large cranes and advanced testing equipment.
Helmerich Research Center
The Helmerich Research Center (HRC) is a state-of-the-art research, development, testing and education center located on the OSU-Tulsa campus near downtown Tulsa.

Fire Protection Publications is a department of the college and is the world's leading publisher of training materials for the fire and emergency services.

The Richmond Hills Research lab is located at 5202 N Richmond Hill Rd. This facility is home to several research groups and engineering extension units.
North Campus Labs
The Design and Manufacturing Lab (DML) is located at 1724 West Tyler, the Manufacturing Development Lab (MDL) is located at 1702 West Eskridge Ave. and the Manufacturing Fabrication Lab (MFL) is 1701 West Eskridge Ave.
