Mechanical & Aerospace Engineering

The OSU School of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering offers Bachelor of Science degrees in mechanical (BSME), and aerospace (BSAE) engineering. A premedical option of the BSME degree is also offered. These are all fully accredited by the Engineering Accreditation Commission of the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology under the criteria established for Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering programs. The School is one of the largest degree-granting units in the College of Engineering, Architecture, and Technology and OSU. The curricula of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering enable our graduates to become key professionals in the invention, design and manufacture of devices, vehicles, machines and systems that meet the changing needs of our society.
