Program Options 

The Engineering and Technology Management program at Oklahoma State University currently offers two options of study. In order to participate in either program a student must be admitted to the graduate college and meet the minimum requirements for admission.


Masters of Science in Engineering and Technology Management Degree 

  • 32 Credit hours

  • Courses are selected from ETM approved course list to meet the degree requirements

  • Graduate-level embedded certificates are available for students to build depth in an area

  • All courses are offered through distance learning (with no on-campus requirements) or on campus (with a mixture of in-person and online classes)

  • Typical completion time is approximately 3 to 5 years

Certificate of Engineering Management 

  • 12 Credit hours

  • 1 Required one-credit-hour introductory course plus eleven additional hours of coursework with the "ETM" prefix

  • All courses are offered through distance learning (with no on-campus requirements)

  • Can be achieved in conjunction with the MS program or as a stand-alone effort
